With the onset of the fall season we also see the beginning of a new Bible study for the "Band of Brothers". This great group of guys meets each Wednesday evening at Grace Community Church in Hudsonville, Michigan. Join us for a fantastic time of prayer, Bible study and fellowship.
This fall we are going to be working our way through John MacArthur's book "Lord, Teach Me to Pray". Personally, I am very excited about this study in particular. Prayer is such a vital part of the Christian's life and an area that I need to improve on in my own walk.
I reserved this domain name a long time ago with the intent to use it sometime and now seems like the perfect time to put it to use.
This blog is, and will continue to be, a work in process. I do not yet know how it will evolve. I hope to journal as we go and would love to see this become an interactive site as readers comment and contribute. In addition to the blog entries, I will also try to add articles, links and resources that may help you in your pursuit of a deeper prayer life as I work on my own. Perhaps the site can be an encouragement to others but, above all, I pray that it will bring glory to God.
Whether or not you join us on Wednesdays, please check back and contribute to this blog experiment. Comments and suggestions for additions to the site would be very appreciated.
Pray On Brothers!
On to the posts!
About Me
I am Tim Dickinson and this is a site themed around the topic of prayer. I do not in any way consider myself to be an expert on prayer. I have not arrived, in fact, I am early on my journey.
